How To Send CCDA To Pure Portal? Print

Prerequisite:

1. Log in to PureEHR. 

2. Enable Pure portal from PureEHR.

3. Should have an Appointment schedule for that Patient.

Basic Flow:

1. Login to PureEHR.

2. Go to the Patient's chart and select Clinical Dashboard.
   

3. Select Clinical Data Management from the screenshot below:
   

4. Select the Appointment and Export CCDA to Patient Portal.
   

5. Go to the Pure Portal and go to the Document section.
   

6. When clicked on documents it will give such a result which will give options to View , Transmit and Download.
