How To View List Of Inactive Patients In PureEHR? Print

Accessing the Patient List 

1. Click on Patient from the main menu.

2. Go to the Patient List tab.

3. This module provides access to a list of all patients.

Using More Filters

1. To view the list of inactive patients only, click on the More Filters button as shown below.

2. The list of inactive patients will be populated. 

3. Similarly, the list of duplicate patients, recently added patients, patients whose appointments are in the next 5 days, and the patients whose appointments were in the past 5 days can also be seen using the filters.  

Adding a New Patient 

1. The patient chart of that specific patient can be accessed by clicking on the Medical Chart ID of the corresponding patient as shown below.

2. To add a new patient from the patient list, click on the +New Patient button. 

Importing Patient via CSV

1. You can also import a patient via CSV file by clicking on the Import button in the top right corner as shown below. 

2. Now click on the Import Patient vis CSV tab as shown below. 

3. Upload the file and then click on the Upload button as shown below. 

4. The patients will be added to the system successfully.
